Yes. No caps on overall usage; customers regularly transcribe hundreds of hours per month. Account sharing is not allowed.

What file sizes can I upload?

Each file can be up to 10 hours and 5GB. Unlimited members can upload up to 50 files at a time.

Is it secure?

Transcripts and uploads are encrypted and accessible only to you. Payments are processed via Stripe; card numbers aren’t stored. You can delete files anytime.

Which formats are supported?

MP3, M4A, MP4, MOV, AAC, WAV, OGG, OPUS, MPEG, WMA, WMV, AVI, FLAC, AIFF, ALAC, 3GP, MKV, WEBM, VOB, RMVB, MTS, TS, QuickTime, DivX.

Can I export transcripts?

Yes. PDF, DOCX, SRT/VTT, CSV, and TXT are supported. This demo includes TXT and CSV.

Clean audio works best, but the system handles accents and background noise. Audio restoration adds 2–3 minutes per hour.

Speaker labels?

Enable Speaker Recognition to label speakers. It adds about 1–2 minutes per hour.

Can I translate?

Yes. Translate to 130+ languages or transcribe directly to English. Use the settings above.

How much can I transcribe?

Systems are designed to enable at least 720 hours per month (24 hours × 30 days).

How do I cancel?

Manage your subscription from Account Settings → Manage Subscription. Access continues through the current billing period.
